St. Nicholas’ Church 

The postal address is Oakwood Lane, Gipton, Leeds, LS9 6QY.

By bus from Leeds: 

The number 16 and 16A to Seacroft, and the number 14 to Whinmoor both stop at the end of Foundry Lane.  

Both services are operated by First and detailed timetables and door-to-door travel plans can be found at Metro West Yorkshire.


 

 Our Lady of Good Counsel Church 

The postal address is Rosgill Drive, Seacroft, Leeds, LS14 6QY.

By bus from Leeds: 

The number 16 and 16A go via Gipton to Seacroft, and stop at the top of Kentmere Avenue.  

The number 50 stops on North Parkway just after the junction with Kentmere Avenue.  You will see the church approaching on your right.

 From St. Nicholas’ to Our Lady’s 

Bus: Take the number 16 or 16A, which is operated by First buses, from the bottom of Foundry Lane.  

The bus goes into Seacroft, and you’ll need to get off at the end of Kentmere Avenue when you see Our Lady’s on your right. 

Foot: walking takes approximately 35 minutes.  Directions and a map can be found on Google maps.  

Car: the journey takes about 7 minutes.  Directions and a map can be found on Google maps.

 

From Our Lady’s to St. Nicholas’ 

Bus: Take the number 16 or 16A from the bus stop in front of the church on Kentmere Avenue.  

At the bottom of South Parkway Approach you’ll see St. Nicholas’ tower and the school playing fields on your right.  

The bus will turn into Coldcotes Drive, and you’ll need to get off straight away and walk the last minute to St. Nicholas on Oakwood Lane.
