There will be Baptismal preparation every quarter, so please give plenty of notice of a baptism so that you can be enrolled on the next available course.
Your duties
As part of the preparation for Baptism, it is expected that you regularly attend church. You are always welcome and we are here to encourage you in your journey in faith.
Baptisms at Bl. Edmund Sykes
Baptisms can take place in either St. Nicholas’ Church or Our Lady of Good Counsel. If you would like your child to be baptised, please speak to Fr. McGillycuddy after Sunday Mass or at other times by arrangement. Please phone the Presbytery on 0113 2495131 if you have any questions.
